    Excuse me while I gorge myself on Miles’ and Anya’s likability :P.

    On paper it’s completely ridiculous and seems boring as hell but somehow this does work, it’s a fun and romantic thriller that is also surprisingly affecting at times. 
    The only thing that isn’t very good is the design and execution of the bland cgi baddies.

    They made Aidan Quinn look and act as much like a contemporary Bruce Springsteen as they possible could and if you squint your eyes it’s Bruce up there.
    This movie is interesting if only because it is Chris Columbus’ first produced screenplay, Thomas Newman’s (composer) first film, director James Foley’s first feature and features Michael Ballhaus (a ton of Scorsese films between 1985 and 2006) behind the camera.
