At the Cast and Crew screening at the V-Max in Newmarket. The PG 13 cut.
We actually sat in the wrong cinema, so watched it with the reviewers, who I’m glad to say laughed freely, and applauded generously at the end. The lady beside me exclaimed after the credits: ‘That was superb’. Proves it’s fun to camp in the Uncanny Valley!

I said DVD - but it was probably a VHS. I did see this movie was playing on TV in a hotel room in Thailand at 4 am once.
We made this in 1997 on location in Fiji. Because of this experience I got the job of being Art Director on Bob Zemeckis's Castaway in 1999-2000 - so chapeau.
