This Is England 2006
This is my weirdest comfort film. But I grew up in England and the massive world themes are treat with such sincerity and compassion that it really helped me bridge some stubborn perspectives I’ve had. It does this without trying to find a solution but merely helps you observe human behaviour and influence. And sometimes we need shit like this
