  This connects really well with Grégoire Chamayou's "Theory of the Drone", in that both seek to establish the role of ever-growing technologies with war. Farocki uses footage from American training facilities with minimal narration to show how new technologies have been produced to help those prepare, as well as cope with the traumas of war.
