What a fun and well made film!
Has pretty much every ELEMENT (if you’ll pardon the pun) I’d want in a sci fi and this is for sure my favourite in the genre now.
Wonderfully cool world and set design, really loved the general aesthetic and visual design direction.
The use of practical effects with the aliens and spaceships was phenomenal and made me very happy.
Use of comedy in sci fi is nice as sci fi is inherently absurd…

My grand return to reviewing and its caligula!
The atmosphere was genuinely gripping and immersive, especially for about the first hour i was so immersed, all the set, costume and music design was perfect.
I didnt find the sex to be too gratuitous as it was depicting the high degeneracy of those times and honestly the film would've been worse without it.
