  Korea Bong and Hollywood Bong are two different beasts. Hollywood Bong is much like America itself: big, bold, brash, and completely unconcerned with subtlety. So it only makes sense for his post-oscars win carte blanche Hollywood film to be his biggest, loudest and most unsubtle film to date.

  Strongly anti-capitalist, highly critical of labour exploitation and worker treatment, and with a strong stance against right-wing populism, it's no wonder Warner Bros. delayed this for so long. But if anything it's even more relevant now than if it had been released a year ago.
