This film is about who wants to help and who wants to be perceived as helping, who wants to trust and care for other people and who actually does. It's about the relationship between those with power and affluence those without, and explores the imbalance of seeking dignity vs a clear conscience.
This dude's insular/elite personal and professional life completely comes apart when he applies a blanket of guilt to an entire building of people, while simultaneously trying to get an art installation off the ground about trust, care and rights.
