Ok, I know that most kids had a Barbie movie phase, but this movie will always have a chokehold on me.
It reminds me of how life was before social media, technology and COVID. The good old days :D

First Wes Anderson film, and I have to say I kinda liked the quirkiness. Yes, it gets repetitive if you have seen other Anderson works, but in my case I thought it was great.
I had to watch it for an essay at uni, but I actually enjoyed how it tried to be modern but stay in the era depicted.
The cinematography, set design and costumes is what sold me. I wasn't the biggest fan of the plot but thats just me.
Definitely want to see other Anderson films now!
