One of the most raw and true to life coming of age stories I’ve ever seen. No exposition dumping, unrealistic monologues or overstated emotional breakdowns. Just raw, subtle emotions and circumstances delivered by a fantastic cast and brilliant debut director. Complex female friendships that all women will have to navigate and determine the worth of at some point in the lives, dismissal of SA and grey area consent, and the recklessness of youth, all portrayed true to form.
