How do you cure rot that spreads from the core outward? How can you wrestle power from the corrupt whose greed permits them to play dirty? (What would Luigi do?) Although ultimately the journalists and honest politicians fail to solve these questions, watching them navigate political webs of denial and scapegoating to ask the right questions and handle constant scrutiny with courage was pretty sweet.
