Don't Look Now 1973
Shocking, mysterious, touching, and downright weird. One of Christie and Sutherland’s better performances is brought together with gorgeous on-location filming in Venice resulting in one of the most eerie and strangely melancholic movies I’ve seen in some time. The ending manages to strike a particularly striking balance of gruesomeness and beauty, disgust and satisfaction. 4/5!
