Overall, I think the movie is solid. I enjoyed Justin’s struggle between his own selfishness to protect himself and his guilt of not wanting to condemn an innocent man. However, throughout the film, something appeared off. For instance, Hoult and Deutch did not have great chemistry to me. Besides the scene in the garage, watching them together felt awkward. They do amazing separately, however. So, while the movie is good, and I might recommend it because of its thought provoking themes, I will most likely not be rewatching.
ALSO!
The cutoff/“cliff hanger” ending was not for me.
