  this movie was kinda like an Expendable machine: took something interesting that could've had a soul and turned it into a boring, lifeless, soulless, bland, grey, manufactured piece of shit that nobody cares if it lives or dies.

  the word "mid" was invented for exactly this situation, I'm sort of impressed by how consistently every single minute of the two hours was a solid 1-2 stars, nothing more, nothing less

  My read on Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro is that it was a very unique film, very different from the hindi films I'm used to watching and also very different from the films we've been watching. From the first scene to the last, it's clear that Jaane has a particularly unsettling brand of humour, one that causes loud laughs at first sight and long contemplation on second thought.
