  once you get thru the first act, you get to see this movie absolutely COOK for about an hour, and then the ending is pretty meh unfortunately

  but goldie is really something here

  and ingrid’s dancing is the icing on the cake

  also definitely googled “is rick lenz jimmy stewart’s son” afterwards

  an all time favorite of mine (which isn’t changing today, sry not sry)

  with a lights out soundtrack that has a v special place in my heart

  every child in this is incredible, and all of keanu’s mannerisms are perfect - him and ticky are such convincing degenerates

  the semi-final montage (the dmx one) is immaculate and leads you into such a strong final 20 minutes, which I love the way they structured btw

  simply my favorite baseball movie and the third best keanu movie
