First time watching an NT Live show (the intermission did surprise me a bit)

Good experience overall - the staging & sets were very well done, Steve Coogan playing 4 different characters which all had their own identity and were distinct was also great, and a bit reminiscent of RDJ in The Sympathiser.

It’s hard to beat the original but it came a pretty close second. Some of the jokes/scenes were just as good, some probably weren’t needed or weren’t as good as the original. But overall it didn’t change too much and it worked, was a good modern version of a classic film.

Still a watchable film but it’s lost the magic which made the first and second so good. No real time seeing the characters interact, no real suspense or buildup it sort of jumps straight into the action.

Still got the Ocean’s DNA it just doesn’t really work this time around

Just an incredible film, no flashy locations no flashy acting - just great dialogue & a believable story. Jeremy Irons is perfect in his role

Sebastian Stan & Jeremy Strong are phenomenal, as are the rest of the cast. The transition from someone always looking for advice & reassurance to the egotistical self-assured bully was just spooky but captivating.

It’s was like a horror story made real as the roles from the start to the end completely flip, and you end up with someone who believes his own lies
