  The only part I really enjoyed was the adventurous sequence in the first act where they are filming 2 movies in the hills simultaneously. That was a good time. Every other moment was visually beautiful, truly, BUT! The lifeless dialogue, weak characterization, and lack of chemistry between nellie and manny just roared so much louder for me. Also it was at LEAST one hour too long. Lastly I think the final shot should have been Nellie walking into the dark after abandoning Manny, not that tongue in cheek ass montage.

  This made me want to fight my friends.
  We get out a gymnastics mat, take our glasses off, and I pin Grace to the floor. She lasts 3 seconds before she surrenders. Then I show her how to properly punch and kick. After 7 months of grueling training, I unleash her on the streets of Baton Rouge. Maybe later I will regret my creation, but some things can never be undone. She would be like the Hulk but a girl…
