Black Bag 2025
With very few action sequences, this spy thriller locks you in for 90 minutes. The characters’ unique flaws, quick wit, and different POVs on morality create electric scenes. I loved the darkly funny and sexy tone, helped by the creamy soft lighting, tailored suits, and bad ass walking sequence cuts. Clarissa was my favorite character - loved her sphincter clenching lie detector moment. The main couple’s passionate, borderline funny, relationship told a refreshingly optimistic love story.
