  I mean.. ouch..

  I was pretty lukewarm to the beginning, with its jumping around seeming inconsistent at points, but it’s ending really hit me where it hurts, along with their argument.

  It’s emotional, it’s got good acting, and it doesn’t make you sad by showing everything being doom and gloom, but instead showing their happiness, and forcing you to know that its all finite.
  It was good, #cried.

  “If I had all this I would be kinder.”

  I mean.. shit.
  It got all the praise in the world and I delayed watching it because I, stupidly may I add, thought it wouldn’t be my thing.
  Honestly? I thought it’d be more on the horror side, I hadn’t done much looking into the film so going into it with that expectation made for an interesting experience.

  Brilliant directing and camera work and lighting, amazing score and sound design AND…

  I wish I related to this film more.

  It is so obviously a beautifully crafted emotional film, and I definitely enjoyed it, but as what happens with a lot of films around the queer space, they can be divisive.

  I feel as if I’m stuck between understanding this film and not being able to at all.
  The only line that really pushed my button was:
  “I found myself wondering.. What if she was right? What if she had been telling…
