    thinking about this for than 5 minutes kinda ruins the whole thing but also like that’s kinda the point.

    maybe formulaic, but perfectly cast, and a really tight script. action is great as well, again, nothing particularly groundbreaking but solid and really makes the most of its concept.

    if you wanna watch an action comedy and don’t mind some gore, please please please do yourself a favor and watch this instead of captain america. support indie cinema! (even if the lead is a nepo baby!)

    Saw this with my friend Connor, whose review was entirely about our bad theater experience with it, and I think that theater experience unfortunately impacted my enjoyment of it.
