Well.... I kind of liked this movie. Martin in stadium, pure joy. And in retrospect it felt predictable, but maybe I'm just new to the genre but I was so lost in the characters that I kind of forgot to search for the bad guy.

Two and a half stars seems uncharitable because the movie was fine. But, 2.5 is exactly in the middle. 2.5 isn't bad. 2.5 is fine.

Had to look up the DP because damn is this moving stunning. And despite being slow, the movie held my attention throughout. Still, there wasn't a lot for me to "love." Whether that is by design or not, it's not a movie I wouldn't be eager to rewatch. It has the pacing of a leisurely stroll , a slice of life film except with an assassin. There's no tension building and that's probably the point, but I crave the damn tension.
