  Great performance from Madison obviously. But this kind of fell flat for me at parts.

  You can only do so much fun cursing and fun gangster slapstick before it starts getting a bit stale.

  All the fun Mann tropes are here. Late night diner conversations, grimy alley dwellers hard at work while the whole city is asleep and a hard-wired professional who's mantra for staying alive prohibits his whole reason for doing anything at all.

  Having just rewatched Heat it doesn't take much to find the parallels. But its funny that Mann's next plausible step from Cann to DeNiro is "what if he truly didn't want anything else besides being really fucking good at…

  Once that lady pops out from the wall I knew it was going to be a fun trip.

  Lynch manages to make a movie that tightropes a fine line of "terrible" and into something very mesmerizing and unique. Truly if literally anyone else made this movie it would have been laughed at. Only Lynch could pull it off.

  That espresso scene feels like an ITYSL sketch.

  A lot to say about this one but very enjoyable
