Incompetence, stupidity and lying have always been the defining traits of Indian police and this movie does a good job of satirizing the force. Love how it pokes fun at all the things that sum up a policeman; being grossly out of shape, going to great lengths to avoid due process, stealing from victims, breaking the very laws they're supposed to uphold etc etc

Mickey 17 2025
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Surpised that more aren't pointing out Mark Ruffalo's very obvious rendering of Trump. In a couple of places he does the exact voice! I was kind of hoping for a more vicious and gratifying death for him and Toni Colette's character....the latter of whom didn't even die on screen. That would have been so satisfying.

The Lost Century: And How to Reclaim It 2023
Do I believe in the conspiracy put forward in this film? No.
Do I believe global governments/corporations are capable of hiding technologies and information that could drastically change human lives just because that would mean those already in power would lose their money and control because of the resulting collapse of the status quo?
Absomotherfuckinglutely.

India: The Modi Question 2023
Episode 1 & 2:
Most of what the documentary covers is already public knowledge with the exception of some new footage. The internal UK report was also previously unpublished and what it reveals is the most interesting part of the documentary; That the pogrom was planned MONTHS ahead, and if the train incident hadn't triggered it, something else would have.
As damning as this might seem to an outsider, this documentary isn't going to change anything. Arundhati Roy sums it up…
