This movie felt like when you have a nightmare, Beau is feeling the fear and anxiety while whats happening is unbelievable though to him it feels real.
Ari has done a good job here because to show someone else a nightmare of yours it may not be scary or uncomfortable though Ari has depicted relatable uncomfortable situations and ramped them up to an extreme so that you can feel the emotion like in a nightmare as the chaos rages on.
