Mark Ruffalo cant decide if he wants to parody Trump or not throughout the film and it has weird pacing issues, and suffers from idiot-plotting. Otherwise ok. Kinda mid.

The Last Showgirl 2024
A very fine portrait of working class people, holding on to their illusions of a better time, the system that exploits them, being lost and finding their way into reality. Evocative of Showgirls, without the exploitive visuals and The Wrestler. A homage to the women Hollywood and the entertainment business has chewed up and spat out since time immemorial, and a fantastic comeback for Pamela Anderson.
