  This was so ass, but it was charming ass. Not charming in a good way, charming in a like train wreck that you can’t stop watching way. I can’t believe this movie is a real thing from a real person with a real mind and a real conscious. Genuinely don’t know how they got these actors on board with this, this is the type of movie that brings everyone down with it.

  I really don’t know whether I love or hate this movie. I think it’s one of the most suspenseful things I’ve ever seen, but when it’s not building suspense the movie shows its flaws for me. This is especially relevant in the back half of this movie specifically with pacing.

  Though I wasn’t as hooked as I wanted to be, I am very impressed with Hitchcocks ability to create a gripping story with characters the never even stand close to the camera or talk to the main character. It does a great job at making you feel like a window watcher. That’s not even mentioning the color of this movie and the way every color just pops.
