The Hours 2002
So happy I came across this movie, after it had been sitting in my list on Netflix - added it when searching for Meryl Streep films.
Hits so many important topics and in my opinion was released way before its time. Also the way the 3 leading characters narratives’ inter-relate on multiple levels was really impressive.
Learnt more about the author Virginia Woolf, who was also clearly ahead of her time too.
Very well made, best movie I’ve seen for the first time in a while.
