The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford

According to the trivia on IMDb, this is the most accurate film about Jesse James's story. There are heroic tales about him on Wikipedia, but their authenticity is uncertain.
If the filmmaker had wanted to make it more entertaining, the stories that turned him into a public hero could have been included. However, it is admirable that the director chose not to do so.
Losing authenticity would have made it worthless, but it cannot be denied that it was a bit lacking in entertainment.

I write what I want, even if someone says this is not a review.

There is a scene where Janet Armstrong strongly insists that Neil talk to their sons before going to the moon. Neil is reluctant but eventually gives in.

It is a road movie, presented from southwest to northeast Japan.
I don't think Japan is a large country, and despite being in different places, the sight is not very different. However, I am attracted to Japanese road movies.
Munakata Sota's family business is fictional, of course, but in earthquake-prone Japan, such a mysterious job is likely.
It is a fantastic animated film with powerful images, a usual modest love story, and a sad but heart-healing story.

Most of Jane Austen's fans would watch this before the 2020 version. I have watched the 2020 version and thought it was not bad.
After watching this 2009 TV series, I realized the newer one has some flaws.
Conversely, this one's casting was almost perfect, I think. The 2020 version's Mr Knightley and Mr Woodhouse, even Emma, give a something wrong feeling.
Undoubtedly, this was the best Emma adaptation, as many user reviews claimed.
