The Stranger 2022
This felt like an attempt to cash in on the bleak Australian thriller genre.
It’s slow paced, but lacks any feel of rhythm.
Joel Edgerton is fantastic in his solo scenes and look completely bewildered in scenes with the rest of the cast.
Sean Harris equally seems like he’s trying to make a performance happen but based on a character and script that goes nowhere.
