Demi’s acting through each “cycle”. This was what leads me to give 5 stars and I now see why Demi won the golden globe.
The last 30 mins felt too much for me personally and I had to look away several times. But I think that discomfort helped me understand and sympathize with the character. She just wanted to go back so desperately to how she was.
