Memento 2000
This is everything a mystery thriller should be. It puts the audience in the shoes of the protagonist and we are made to be just as oblivious to what is happening as the protagonist is, except we have the ability to accumulate clues and put them together to construct our own narrative before we learn the truth. Guy Pearce was perfectly cast for this role and in a film which heavily relied on dialogue and narrative structure, Guy Pearces consistency manages to glue the film together.
