This is one of those documentaries that just makes your heart break. You hear 911 calls from people trapped, you see the water rising, hear some stories, see the useless fucks that were FEMA, the police, and military, and yet it still barely covers a tenth of what went down during Hurricane Katrina.

Deadpool & Wolverine 2024
Half of it was downright boring, the other half was decent but not nearly good enough to hold the entire movie up.

Dark Age 1987
An absolute joy to watch. There's a good blend of action, horror, and suspense throughout, and the production is top tier 80s Australia. A few of the background actors aren't that great, but the main cast are solid, with John Jarratt, Burnum Burnum, and David Gulpilil, taking front and centre.

The Lost City 2022
It's cringey, it's funny — it's Indiana Jones meets the romance industry. The acting is good, and there's enough action that it pushes the story along, although it did get rather boring at times. Not a terrible movie if you like cheesy Fabio lookalikes and adventure.
