An all time favorite- Greta Gerwig is a master, delivering a work of art that I daresay challenges the original. From the color palette chosen to depict present day versus flashbacks, to the casting (Emma Watson, Laura Dern, Saoirse Ronan, Florence Pugh, Timothee Chalamet, and Meryl Streep to name a few), to the costume design and the music- this film delivers a heartwarming story with deep emotional resonance.
