  How does Doc Ock put his clothes on? Why was there a NYC bank vault full of gold coins? Did they seriously use a ripple/wave transition??

  I pose these questions because even I, a hyper critical, grumpy douchebag with iconoclastic tendencies can't poke any better holes in this film than that.
