  I remember my dad having this on VHS, back when I grew up.

  We used to watch it a lot. I didn't understand a word of what they said, since I didn't speak English at the time. But I remember I enjoyed it a lot.

  Genuinely like the idea of this distopian world. I'm usually a sucker for great sci-fi plots, but this was a disappointment.

  It's basically a sci-fi, Bonnie and Clyde meets Robin Hood.

  Idea is great, but the execution was far from satisfying.

  One could say that I rage quitted this franchise after watching one of the biggest disappointments ever, by watching Tokyo Drift.
  But as I've been told by numerous friends that I really had to give this new installment a go, I sat down and watched it. And I have to admit, I was not disappointed.

  Brilliant action right from the start. I'm not usually a car kinda guy, but there's just something great about engines running, intense action and crazy stunts. Very good for what it is, action packed eye candy.

  The only thing keeping me from giving it the last star is the fact that the potential for more is wasted, especially the ending annoyed me a little. I was left with an urge to know more. How did the relationship develop, or even better, how did it end. What happened to both of the main characters?

  It's truly great movie, which had me dragged in from the start. But the ending and the waste of potential is the cause of 4 stars, instead of the 5, which I was gonna give it right up till the last 15 minutes.
