  Skipped the Oscars and watched this one out in theatres!! Asked my friend if he wants to watch this. Initially, he was excited after hearing the plot but boy he cant even sit and watch the later half of the movie as he thought the movie gave him anxiety while watching those transforming scenes.

  About me? I was fully enjoying Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley on big screen!! It sucks that she didn't win the Oscars this year, but the Oscars this year was the story of The Substance, isn't it? Anyways, looking forward for movies more in 2025!!

  I wouldn't say this movie is horror, except the eyes of Sofie Thatcher were creepy! But needless to say, this movie was Mystery/Thriller for me IMO. I liked the concept of this movie, its refreshing yet reinventing the story plot of bunch of friends go to a place and a tragedy happens after an incident occurs.
