Oh yeah I fucked with this one. The tone of this movie was like so weird, but unique and I ended up really liking it. The second half sorta went in a direction I wasn’t expecting ( a lot of stuff felt unexplored?) but I think it still managed to have a satisfying conclusion to a bogus and entertaining plot.

It’s a fun one. I think I felt it dragged in the middle and little bit but the set design and the vibe overall was very well done. While I wasn’t as blown away as others over this movie, I do really respect the world building and quality of this film. Not quite my tempo, but I fucked with it a lot. I like musicals and this managed to both surprise me and surpass expectations, which is good.

While I slightly feel as if I am being gaslit into thinking this movie is phenomenal, I did really fuck with it. Not in an “movie-of-the-year” kinda way, more like “that was dope.” Felt a lot like a Black Mirror episode. I loved the surrealism aspects and thought the wide lens thing was super eerie and added to the funky vibe.
