  I literally had barely any frame of reference for this beige of a movie. Colin was great though, and gave me 2nd hand embarrassment for more than half of the movie. 

  John C Riley was a nice surprise. What a concept of a film.

  It’s like if Clue, 007, and Mr and Mrs Smith came together to make a movie. Blanchett and Fassbender had a great chemistry and had a really believable marriage. 

  Thank you to whoever made this under 2 hours. Don’t see that often!

  I was GEEKIN at the helicopters playing Wagner. My goodness was that beautifully cinematic. Duval’s character’s nonchalant approach to an active combat zone was SO bad ass. 

  The decent into deeper darkness and madness of the Vietnam jungle is a great poetic take. I thought to not rate it higher, but I was waiting on the edge of my seat for every moment. This was solidified as a war classic. Perfect.
