had fun but this film felt like a mess in the worst possible way and everything felt underdeveloped, especially ani. I would have liked this film a bit better if it’s only goal was to be funny and authenticity in how characters are shown and their interactions with each other ( which Sean usually does well in his other films) and not have some social commentary about something, but if you ultimately decide to make some form of social commentary…

not as fleshed out as i hoped it would be, especially with the indian storyline when compared to the other stories. Also the same dramatic music playing throughout the film just made it feel less authentic and kinda annoying. But what makes this film different from others is the message in which is very eye opening if one isn’t educated in the topics discussed in the film, it’s a very important film overall. Even though I only read a couple chapters of the book i would still say that it’s better than the film.

had so much fun with the movie but i just didnt understand what was it trying to say.  For most of the film it critiques the uber-rich and killing off the whole wealthy family makes it seems like a eat the rich type of film but doesn’t really makes sense when considering that the main character was also upper class. I seen a lot of people say that this film is not about class or wealth but about obsessive desire but then why make the whole film revolve criticizing the wealthy? Either way i had fun tho!!
