  for the era that this movie comes from, (grotesque torture porn films driven by terrible acting and obsecure plots) i think it sticks the landing quite well than the others. i really like the grim look to the entire movie and the premise and acting isn't half as bad, it's pretty good actually. i like the characters as well, though they don't have depth, both the leads have decent enough chemistry to make it work. however it's just an okay…
