This movie left me speechless at the end. Not only does it capture many important themes perfectly, it has great disabled representation as well; something not a lot of 'mainstream' movies do. Perfect Days 2023
Whether he is happy or not is not the main point to take away from this movie. It's the multitude of things, of feelings, emotions that might feel contradictiory. To be human is to feel. You don't wake up happy everyday, some days you feel sad because you have to confront a family member, some days you get stressed out because your colleague suddenly quits. That does not mean they aren't perfect days, that just means you are human.
