I didn’t know much about the military dictatorship in 1970s Brazil but I very quickly became part of that gorgeous family in such a troubling time. Everything was so beautifully done, Fernanda Torres was incredible! The children were such great actors and I really felt immersed in their storyline. This has to be one of the best films I’ve seen in a while, wow.
