felt mostly the same on rewatch but was nice to see smaller moments shine more like the opening scene everyone is kinda insufferable except haesung to be honest i do feel like it’s a movie written for a certain type of person also it’s impressive how much life greta lee brought to nora because she’s so boring

I'm Still Here 2024
wow what an amazing performance from fernanda torres. i think this might be the best biopic i’ve ever watched, it felt to genuine and authentic without having an agenda. i don’t know the accuracy of the film but it felt like it was treated with love and passion for the family and all those affected by the dictatorship. very impressed by the entire cast, it never felt like anyone was acting, the characters were so lived in. so heartbreaking and tragic and beautiful. i’m happy it’s being recognized but the attention it’s getting isnt enough.
