Yea I fucking loved this movie. The atmosphere. The visuals. The acting. The practical effects. It all stood out to me in the most hauntingly beautiful way. Goddamn Eggers knows how to make a world feel lived in and truly realized. This was astounding. Everyone should support this movie. I’ve given out a lot of 5 stars this year. However this one was well worth it.

Babygirl 2024
This movie was not good to me. I really wanted to like it. But it fell so flat to me. At a certain point I thought to myself, “What is the point? Where are we going with this?” It wanted to to say too many things but not focusing on a central idea. The actors did well with what they were given. But they honestly weren’t given a whole lot to do. All in all, this film was a huge disappointment. It wasn’t sexy. It wasn’t thrilling. It wasn’t entertaining.
