I thought Taron Egerton was honestly great in this role however Jason Bateman was a bit of a weird casting. Doesn’t exactly give off a sinister villain type vibe in this but I didn’t absolutely hate it, just thought someone else could’ve given it a better run for its money in that role. The overall plot could’ve been good but I think it got ruined half way through with silly moments that de railed the entire plot. But I’ve seen much worse films (Nun2, cabin in the woods) so it gets a respectable 3 stars!

Very disappointing
Went into this film with low expectations hoping it would surprise me. Start of it was good and set the film up well with a few good jump scares but then proceeded to become unwatchable. The film became far fetched and the good build up from the start was lost. But it gets 2.5 starts because of the start and the monster was kinda scary at times.
