  3 stars solely because this movie was a staple of my childhood and at one point I think I had it memorized. It’s terrible. But I was obsessed with the Spice Girls and this wackadoo film is pure cringy nostalgia.

  The story. The costumes. The makeup. The set. The music. It was beautiful and magical and fun. 

  I didn’t know any of the plot going into this and it really is just a brilliant take.

  Also: If you see me belting Defying Gravity in my car for the next month, just mind your own business and move along.

  Beautifully painful. The unbreakable bond of siblings in a deeply dysfunctional family just hit and ruined me 😭. Zac Efron was incredible. Anyone else unable to get used to his hair?—I kept feeling like he was about to break into character for a SNL skit.
