It's a good bad movie and has more heart and flavor than a lot of blockbusters. Halle Berry pretending to be a cat with the powers of ancient magic cat voodoo is one of the best things I've ever seen. I've never seen an actor give their performance 110% like this but color me impressed.
In all seriousness, this deserves to be a cult classic. Terrible over-directing, terrible editing, weird adjacent 90s pop music, poorly aged cgi, but all of that is worth it for what came together in the end - a classic campy superhero film. I enjoyed the HECK out of this.
