Robin Hood 2010
I will never get sick of watching peak Russel Crow run around and kick ass in leather, tights, and chain mail.

Poor Things 2023
Every part of Poor Things is spectacular: the dialogue, the acting, the cinematography, the practical effects, the makeup and costumes, the story … everything. Where The Lobster highlighted Lanthimos’s narrative creativity, and The Favorite highlighted his camerawork and artistic collaboration on coloration and costume design, this film takes the best of both and smashes it into a new Dark-Wonka Barbie-Frankenstein mosaic. I feel an impulse to watch it and rewatch it over and over again, to explore it with the same curiosity Bella Baxter takes with her into the world.
