    Rewatched this yesterday...
I forgot how much the film made me restless, my wait, disturbed.
But it might have just articulated my agony in the film. A dreary portrayel of the life of two races, the envious chronicles and the truth of the earth they live on.
    Remembering Hillary Jordan's qoute-
“This was the truth at the core of my existence: this yawning emptiness, scantily clad in rage. It had been there all along.”

watched this film back in may'23...and still in awe of Godard's bedazzling cinematography. The righteous depiction of a Nana's dilemma in a world full of sycophant men, all comes together in Vivre Sa Vie, a gutsy film full of dynamic imagery and one of the most thought-provoking storylines ever. Its a film that takes yourself apart from you, and then makes you come back just to torment yourself from within...
(also I hate Raoul, I DESPISE HIM)

How the warm waters flow with the soft pebbles, how the morning sun glistens the dew...
the little things that speak of love, of breaking through despair and prejudices. the victory of tenderness and enchantment.
'Close' speaks of distance... miles and miles of formidable emotions, an unflinching eye to the buds of love.
The film resonates with the closeness of being apart, of belonging and of not staying, of being in love and not conforming.
