I feel like I should give this movie a lower grade due to it's flaws, but I just can't.
It's very 70s, specfically the first 40 minutes and the last 15, which literally put me to sleep, but I can't help but love this movie.
It's mainly becuase Christopher Reeve. We talk about how J.K. Simmons as J. Jonah Jameson was the perfect comic book casting, and as great as he is, I think Reeve just barley beats him out.…

I love this movie so much
1. Harrison Ford is the hottest a dude has ever been in a movie
2. This movie is just heartfelt enough to be moving and just three stooges enough to be ridiculous
3. Everything between Indy and Short Round is excellent
Two issues
2. You can rewrite this entire movie without Willie and it'd be better for it
2. The British do come to save India in the end
Obviously, Aardman's character design is always on point. I love Feathers McGraw so goddamn much. The thing that impressed me most here, though, is the lighting. It's an excellent looking film.
