It was pretty good! Technically really good, everything looks just right and score is also fitting.
It's a story that I've now seen couple too many times but at least the silent film gimmick added some charm. Also the leads being lesser known non-Americans helped to be immersed more. Jean Dujardin gave great physical performance, don't know it really was Oscar worthy but good nonetheless.

The Michael Peña scene (also featured on the poster( was one of the funniest things I've seen on film.
I gave this film an honest chance. Only things that I knew beforehand were that this tackles racism in rather awkward way and that there are interconnecting stories. Holy shit was the script bad. I mean it's not really great in any way but the script is especially bad. And that won an Oscar!

Aika huonohan tämä oli, mutta mennään posin kautta. Saaga Salo tekee mainion roolin päähenkilö Konstan tyttärenä. Oli varmaan Ilkka Heiskasen ohella paras näyttelijä. Edelmann oli ihan jees, Ajax hupparin pitäminen päällä joka kohtauksessa oli hauskaa.
Siinäpä ne. Käsikirjoitus on äärimmäisen heikko, hahmot jää pinnallisiksi ja Severi Saarinen tarjoilee alkaneen vuoden huonoimman roolisuorituksen.
